Metering Solutions have an agreement with Tuthill FPP Meters & Fill-Rite to supply oil and fuel meters to the UK Markets that are designed for industrial/commercial applications.  The comprehensive range of oil & fuel flowmeters are used extensively for batching and monitoring with versions available with Custody Transfer duty approved by the UK National Weights & Measures Laboratory.

The meter designs vary from Nutating Disc and Oval Gear. The flowmeters are available with volume or flow rate registers and can be fitted with a calibrated pulse output.

TM & TS Series meters are available with a choice of 3 different internal pulsers:
Hall Effect (single channel) is standard, and requires external DC power.
Reed Switch (single channel) is optional, used only with battery powered registers.
Hall Effect (dual channel = Quadrature) is optional for use with higher level electronics

When TS or TN Series meters have a mechanical 5 digit register, either dry reed or solid state pulsers can be added.
When TM, TS or TN Series meters have an electronic register, refer to individual registers for pulser, analog or serial port options.
TN Series in stainless steel is not available with internal pulser. This Series is available with 5 digit mechanical register with either dry reed or solid state pulser.

The TS Flowmeter has EEC pattern approval which is awarded by the UK National Weights and Measures Laboratory; the range of flowmeters are also approved by various worldwide standards which indicates a superior accuracy and performance of this range in the bulk transfer of Hydrocarbon fuels (excepts liquified gas). Please note only 1 1/2", 2" and 3" versions are approved.

Available with either mechanical or electronic registers these meters can be assembled to suit the most demanding operational requirements as they are able to measure high volume transfers within a 0.3% tolerance band.
