Metering Solutions supply instrumentation to compliment the range of flowmeters and also provide clients with the ability to source their exact requirements from one source. The instrumentation available includes batch controllers, counters, data loggers, GSM & GPRS transmitters and pulse accessories including pulse splitter, pulse converters etc.

Batch controllers can be used to accurately dose the amount of liquid required in each batch application. These can be linked to most outputs from flow meters and are available to meet clients specific requirements.

The 015 Batch controller was designed to accept signals from almost any flow meter and to fully control the dispensing of fluids. Flow meter inputs can be reed switch/open collector, TTL pulse or 20mV coil. The 015 is easy to use with full numeric keypad for batch size entry and calibrating. A clear six digit red 14mm LED display can be set to show batch quantities counting up towards or down from target.  Three control relays (configured as close, preclose and alarm) can switch 270V at 6Amp. A fourth alarm relay facility 240V at 1amp can be utilised for variant applications (talk to us about your needs). Filters, decimal places and step sizes are all user programmable with user friendly prompts.

All calibration data is stored in non volatile memory. A No flow alarm ensures that blockages or valve faults do not go unnoticed to minimise the chance of spillages by closing control relays if no flow signal is detected.  The delay before this alarm kicks in is also programmable  Housed in a DIN panel mount Noryl Case 96mm square with a depth of just 124mm behind the panel as standard optional is to mount this in a wall mounting enclosure of your choice.  RS232 Comms option enable ticket printing with any serial printer or to a PC. Data logging option to store up to 4000 batches details to interogate the unit at intervals. RS485 network option enables control in a larger process system.

Counters can be used to remotely monitor the readings of a flowmeter by connecting to the pulse output facility of the flowmeter making them ideal for installations which are difficult to read.

Alarm Monitoring using Multiple Mobile Phones
Individual digital, analogue and pulse counter inputs can trigger SMS and GPRS alarms messages and send them to individual or multiple mobile phones or send them simultaneously to a dedicated Web Site. The Real Time Clock can be set to send the status of any or all of the inputs at pre-set times.

Monitoring and Control
The inputs and outputs of multiple 9100-GSM can be configured as a back to back monitoring and control system.

Data Logging
The 9100-GSM Engine can be configured to store values from the analogue inputs, Counter Inputs and Digital Inputs at preset times or when the value changes by a pre-set amount. The data is stored in the 128K Flash Memory and either down-loaded on request or at pre-set times.

Transparent Serial Data
Serial data can be transmitted and received transparently without the need for AT Instructions. Ideal for applications such as Variable Message Signs.

Energy Metering .
4 digital inputs can be configured to 4 pulse counter inputs. The current value of each counter can be transmitted using SMS Messages at pre-set times or when a value has been exceeded.
