Metering Solutions have an exclusive agreement with ISOIL, who manufacture electromagnetic flow meters under the trade and brand name ISOMAG, to supply into the UK Markets. The ISOMAG in line electromagnetic flow meters range from 3mm up to 2000mm, compact or separate converters, with either Polypropylene, Ebonite or PTFE linings. The range also includes an insertion flow meter for mounting under pressure. The ISOMAG converters are manufactured and tested to your own specific requirements; options include graphic displays, internal data logger, digital,analogical and serial outputs. Profibus, Hart and wireless GPRS protocols are also available.
The full range of ISOMAG electromagnetic flow meters are manufactured and tested to stringent approvals including OIML (International Organization of Legal Metrology), MID (Measuring Instruments Directive), 3A (International Food Sanitary) and WRAS (UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) which is available on demand as there are different certificates for different materials of construction.

The ML250 FLOWIZ converter allows the powering of any ISOMAG sensor plus one optional pressure sensor through internal lithium batteries.
The ML250 FLOWIZ can also have the main power supply (optional); batteries, in this case, work as a back up, in order to avoid any loosing in the measuring in case of power supply failure.
The system allows measuring performances highly inside the requirements of the CEN EN 14154, ISO 4064 and OIML R49 normative.
The ML 250 FLOWIZ allows the wireless transmission through GPRS of all flow and pressure data and it is equipped with a four bands internal modem.
This converter has an internal data logger able to store flow and pressure data. As an option it is possible to use an MMC flash memory card.
Accuracy: ± 0.5% of the read value.
Repeatability: better than ± 0.5% with or without display.
